Starting Block

The Athlete Stretch Session is the optimal way to recover from any aches, pains, or soreness that you may have. It includes a full body stretch from the toes up to the neck. The stretch begins with active recovery for the muscle that leads into isolated stretches. The final 18 minutes will include 3 micro stretches to finish off the session.

Athlete Stretch Session

The Elite Athlete Package involves strength training, cardiovascular, and stretching. It includes up too 3 athlete strength sessions, 2 outside heart rate sessions at empire, and a stretch class on Saturday to complete your elite training week. Ideal for those who have a specific goal in mind and can train multiple weeks Monday to Saturday (mornings). 
Ex: book 4 elite athlete packages in a row for the best summer body.
Important Info: Once package has been purchased, clients must book sessions on their own. Package will expire 1 week after first visit. Clients should book for morning sessions.
