About the Class

Fast paced, challenging but SO MUCH FUN and for sure, good for all levels!!  Come expecting a full body strength and conditioning workout! We use everything - weights, kettlebells, ropes, balls, TRX, bodyweight, bands, rowers and more - you name it, we'll do it!  A little different every time but you are guaranteed a balanced, super effective and efficient workout! No experience necessary and safe for all levels of fitness, we'll provide modifications and progressions as needed!  Our bootcamps are taught by Personal Trainers who know how to keep you safe, get you strong and make you have a great time doing it!
