STRONG - Small Group Personal Training - This class has been created to give our members a cost effective way to get the same results you'd get from one on one Personal Training! We'll be following a structured 6 week workout plan that can be tailored to each participant to ensure they are getting stronger, fitter, more flexible, protecting and enforcing healthy joint mechanics and really enjoy the feeling of your body absolutely thriving! We will be u.sing the equipment, free weights, kettlebells, trx, bodyweight, it'll be an interesting and enjoyable session geared to build you up without burning you out! We'll be utilizing progressive overload each week to ensure your precious time is being spent wisely, you will get stronger! Just like when you work with a trainer, we'll explore all tools and equipment to ensure you are using what is perfect for your body. The class will include mobility work, strength building, some fun pump accessory work, a finisher OF COURSE and a great cool down/stretch. Expect to increase your strength, build muscle, burn body fat, improve your physique, elevate your athletic performance levels, increase gym confidence and feel incredible! This will be a Full Body/Glute Focused (duhh, it's Iron Heart, you know it ;) ) Workout Plan We CANNOT wait to get so STRONG with you!!
