Semi-Private Training includes personalized goal-setting and custom workouts specifically tailored to your individual goals and abilities. During semi-private sessions, you'll follow a workout plan designed just for you, displayed for easy reference. Your coach will be there to ensure correct form, provide motivation, and adjust the intensity to match your needs, ensuring you get the most out of each session. Semi Private also give you access to the Elliptical and air bike.
Suiting up will begin at the scheduled semi-private appointment time. The session will commence 10 minutes after the scheduled time or as soon as all clients are suited up, whichever comes first. Please be ready for suit up at the scheduled time.
