Requirements: The individual must be prepared and capable to function on their own. A trainer will likely be in the facility to answer some questions, but you are expected to essentially workout on your own. A workout will be provided. What do you get: Semi-private open gym time for Co-Ed and Athlete membership users. Time slots are 60-90 minutes. You will have access to all of the equipment and a work out plan.
