Take charge of your fitness journey during our Open Gym hours! Whether you're looking to follow your own workout routine or simply enjoy a flexible workout session at your own pace, Open Gym is the perfect opportunity. This unstructured time allows you to: Work out independently in a supportive environment. Access a wide range of equipment, from free weights to cardio machines. Practice skills, drills, or exercises you’ve learned in classes. Create space for your personal fitness goals, whether it's strength, mobility, or endurance. Open Gym is ideal for anyone seeking flexibility, whether you're an early riser, a midday mover, or an evening exerciser. Come in, move at your own speed, and make it your time to shine! Note: Staff will be available for general questions, but Open Gym is self-directed. Please ensure proper equipment use and safety during your session.

Special Instructions

Booking Recommended: To ensure your spot, we encourage clients to book in advance, as availability is limited to 4 clients per hour. Walk-Ins Welcome: Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis if slots are open. However, please note that Open Gym may not always be running due to other scheduled programs. It’s always best to check availability on our app before arriving. Arrive on Time: To maximize your session, we recommend arriving on the hour, as the following time slot may already be booked.
