No yoga experience necessary.  Class will alternate weekly between Yoga Flow and Active Recovery.   FLOW  Hatha flow yoga is all about slow deliberate movements. This class aims to improve flexibility, breath, posture and balance.   ACTIVE RECOVERY this class is designed to help with recovery time, circulation and injury prevention. Using movements with breath, awareness, balance, core, flexibility, and endurance to enhance your other practices.   Please bring your own mat.
