About the Class

Rev it up, then wind it down. Spin & Stretch is the perfect 60-minute class that blends high-energy cardio with soothing recovery for a full-body reset. We’ll start with 30 minutes of rhythm-based cycling, riding to the beat, boosting your heart rate, and building lower-body strength—all while having fun and breaking a serious sweat. Then, we transition into 30 minutes of intentional, full-body stretching to release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and support recovery. This portion focuses on calming the nervous system, lengthening overworked muscles, and leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced. This class is for all fitness levels and is rooted in a body-positive philosophy—everyone is welcome, and you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels good for your body. You’ll be guided to push when it feels right, and rest when you need it.

Special Instructions

Bring your SPD clip in shoes or clean running shoes for spin, and a yoga mat (if you have one) for stretch! Two workouts, one class, all good vibes!
