Beginner Boxing

Combining different elements of boxing fitness and strength
training to create a functional full body workout. Led by our team
of experienced coaches, Box & Lift classes are small, personal
and programmed to ensure our members are not only having a fun,
engaging workout, but also learning how to safely execute lifting
and the fundamentals of the sweet science.
