  Empower yourself and get fit in our dynamic Women's Only Boxing Fitness Class! This 60-minute session is designed for all fitness levels and offers a supportive, high-energy environment just for women. First 30 Minutes: Boxing Fundamentals & Cardio Learn and practice boxing techniques—including footwork, punching combinations, and defensive moves—while boosting your heart rate with fun, fast-paced drills. No prior experience needed! Next 30 Minutes: Strength & Conditioning Enhance your strength, endurance, and athleticism with a series of bodyweight and resistance exercises. This segment is tailored to complement your boxing training and help you build a strong, resilient body. Join us for a powerful workout, supportive community, and a great way to relieve stress while having fun!

Special Instructions

Special Instructions for Women's Only Boxing Fitness Class Please review the following special instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience: Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in, get your handwraps on, and warm up. What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire and athletic  INDOOR shoes Water bottle to stay hydrated Boxing gloves and hand wraps (limited loaners available; bring your own if possible) Small towel (optional) Health & Safety: Inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class. Listen to your body—take breaks and modify exercises as needed. Hygiene & Etiquette: Wipe down equipment after use. Respect others’ space and encourage your fellow participants. No Experience Needed: Beginners are welcome! The instructor will guide you through all techniques and modifications. Let’s work hard, support each other, and have fun!
