Growing up I loved playing rep hockey, roller hockey, and lacrosse. I was also on many school teams including basketball, volleyball, and badminton. After high school, I started martial arts training focusing mainly on boxing and brazilian jiu jitsu, but have also dabbled in muay thai and wrestling. Staying fit and being active has always been a passion in my life, and has (mostly;) kept me out of trouble. Becoming a personal trainer has been nothing but rewarding, and helping people achieve their goals has become a true passion. Every year I strive to become a better person and trainer, by never being done growing and learning. This journey has been absolutely amazing. “No goal is too big or too small.
