Outside of the fitness world, I am a French Immersion Elementary School Teacher. I love working with young children and have a passion for teaching French. I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember and have recently been introduced to the Martial Arts offered at Circafit which has allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone and develop new skills, and more confidence.
