I spent my university years playing NCAA DIII Women’s Hockey andLacrosse at Castleton University in Vermont while pursuing my B. Sc. in ExerciseScience. I’ve carried the passion I built and received from coaches, role models, andother influences to give back in my personal coaching and training endeavors. As I divedeeper into this field, I continue to learn and develop as this is a lifestyle I eat, sleep, and breath. I currently express my competitiveness through Natural Bodybuilding while furthering my education to become a Registered Massage Therapist. My favourite thing about Circafit is the close knit community that works hard to personalize your success and goals. Everyone is on a different journey, with one goal in mind but the Circafit community is able to help encourage and support in your specific need. As a wise coach once told me, “Life’s too short to be weak.”
