In this class, you will learn how to apply grappling and submission holds to defeat opponents, even if they are bigger and stronger.


Beginners are built from the ground up by starting with a specially designed "Basic Nine" Curriculum, which lays the foundation for both technique and fitness. 


As you develop your skills, you will be gradually introduced to more intermediate and advanced techniques. 


This class is appropriate for men, women, and teens of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels.  We have students in their teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and even 60s.
