About the Class

High Intensity Interval Training If you want to sweat hard and (and have a ton of fun doing it) then our bootcamp H.I.I.T. classes are for you! Conducted in a circuit style group format, they are uniquely created, which means that you will never repeat a class twice! Each class consists of a combination of weights and cardio that is guaranteed to get your heart rate up to help you shed fat and build lean muscle.  

Special Instructions

Client must bring their own towel, and disenfect equipment and workout space after each session.    Please note that you must cancel at least 12 hours to the start of the class inorder to retain your class pass.  Failure to do so will result in your class pass to be deemed as redeemed.  No refunds or credits will be honoured for cancellations 12 hours or less prior to the commencement of class.   Monthly unlimited memberships must also adhere to the 12 hour cancellation policy stated above.  COVID-19 Safety Policy  By booking this class, I acknowledge that I do not have any symptoms related to Covid-19 i.e. cough, runny nose, fever, shortness of breath etc, as determined by public health.
