About the Class

Open Gym - Please note that Open Gym will be UNSTAFFED. Join us for Open Gym, a flexible training time designed for independent workouts in a shared space. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, participation is limited to 10 participants per session. All participants will enter through the rear doors. Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to the online waiver.  The waiver must be filled out before the code will be sent to you by text.   If you experience any issues, please call 647-896-6293 We ask that everyone help us maintain a positive and respectful environment. Please: Avoid activities that may cause bodily harm to yourself or others Be mindful of others and respect our shared space Clean and return all equipment after use Thank you for helping us keep Open Gym safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all!   Open Gym sessions are available to Prestige members and their guests. Guests—including friends, family members, and Go Girl class pass members—must be accompanied by the Prestige member for the entire session.   Open Gym Waiver All participants must complete the Open Gym waiver by clicking the link above and send an e-transfer of $16.95 ($15 + HST) to lina@gogirlbootcamps.com
