DEKA classes are designed to educated and motivate you through a series of challenges that will test all muscle groups, functional movement patterns, and the aerobic engine. With DEKA Zones ranging from Squats, Rowing, Med Ball Sit-Up Throws, Box Jumps or Step Ups, Farmer’s Carry, Ski Erg, Tank Sled Push/Pull, Air Bike, Dead Ball Wall-Overs, and Burpees, your training will have you prepared for any challenges that could be bold enough to take you on. This class is truly designed for ALL fitness levels as the movement patterns focus on function first. This means that everyone, regardless of their perceived fitness level, can participate.
