This class is designed to give you a full body workout experience in just 60 min. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This class uses the TRX suspension trainer to help you get the most out of your upper and lower body, all while working on core strength at the same time. Each participant controls the level of intensity by using their own body weight and by working at their own pace.
PREREQUISITE CLASS: TRX Basics is required to be taken only 1 time before participating unless you have used TRX in the past. The basics course will teach you how to adjust the straps, get your feet in properly, how to adjust your intensity and more. If you don't see a TRX Basics on the schedule, no problem.
