Matrix of Motion Fitness Studios is a boutique facility located
in Newmarket, Ontario.  We specialize in private training,
offering a standard of service that you are unable to find anywhere
else.  We also offer Small Group Training - personal training
in a group setting to help keep you engaged and motivated while
working towards your goals!  If you want the flexiblity to
workout when your schedule permits, then our Elite Monthly
Membership may be an option for you.  This is an open gym
membership that allows you access from 5 am until 12 pm, 365 days a
year.  
Our team of health professionals includes Athletic Therapists,
Kinesiologists, Muscle Activation Techniques Specialists and
Personal Trainers who have dedicated themselves to a lifelong
journey of development to further enhance their clients
progress!
