We help people get control of their
body so they can feel good about themselves and build
self-confidence.
To help them reach their goals, we
offer Latin Dances classes (Salsa, Dominican Bachata, Sensual
Bachata, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha), Konpa / Kompa class, group Fitness
classes (Pound, Strong (HIIT), Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao,
Yoga), Private and Semi-private lessons as well as personal
training.
We also offer a studio/room rental
service for classes, practice and social events (event venue),
etc.
