Fitquest

ADP Flextrain Single Session  allows you to train at any of our Fitquest locations in the Athlete Development Program (ADP). With the Flextrain option you will follow a templated workout focused on Speed, Power or Strength based on your needs. No refund allowed on the ADP Flextrain Single Session.

ADP Flextrain Single Session (12-18 yrs)

ADP In-Season Membership 1x/week allows you to train in the Athlete Development Program at either Fitquest location. You receive a custom program for your sport for the month. You may use up the 4 sessions throughout the month as needed. Memberships will automatically renew each month. To cancel your auto-renewal you can email programs@fitquest.ca. Cancellation of renewed membership will have a $40 admin fee. 

ADP Membership In-Season 1x/Week (Monthly Auto-Renewal)

ADP In-Season Membership 2x/Week allows you to train in the Athlete Development Program at either Fitquest location. You receive a custom program for your sport for the month. You may use up the 8 sessions throughout the month as needed. To cancel your auto-renewal you can email programs@fitquest.ca. Memberships will automatically renew each month. Cancellation of renewed membership will have a $40 admin fee.

ADP In-Season Membership 4/week allows you to train in the Athlete Development Program at either Fitquest location. You receive a custom program for your sport for the month. You may use up the 16 sessions throughout the month as needed. Memberships will automatically renew each month. To cancel your auto-renewal you can email programs@fitquest.ca. Cancellation of renewed membership will have a $40 admin fee.

ADP Membership Off-Season Training 4x/Week (Monthly Auto-Renewal)

ADP Flextrain 10 package allows you to train at any of our Fitquest locations in the Athlete Development Program (ADP). With the Flextrain option you will follow a templated workout focused on Speed, Power or Strength based on your needs. Expiry on the 10 pack is 60 days from day of purchase. $40 admin fee for refund for ADP Flextrain 10 pack will be charged.
