FRST FITT is our take on H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) programming. We take the proper training modalities that make H.I.I.T training effective, and wrap it up in a 50 minute full body blast, targeting specific energy systems of the body during our “Phase” programming. FITT classes are periodized and programmed for improvement, so every movement you do has a purpose. Working with strength, cardio, aerobic and anaerobic training, this class is sure to be the best bang for your physiological buck.
