About the Class

Our strength class brings together a unique blend of strength, personal training and periodized programming into 50 minutes of the best training you'll get until your next FRST class. Classes are based off periodized (structured, forward progress) programming, working from strength to hypertrophy, stability to endurance training each 3-6 week cycle. This makes tracking progress easy, and helps eliminate plateauing. These programs keep you coming back week after week!
