About the Class

Intended for those who want to increase overall strength and build muscle by focusing on 4 to 6 movements per class. Each movement is approached intentionally to build and isolate specific muscle groups.  Each class throughout the week will address a different muscle group, assuring increased strength of the whole body.

Special Instructions

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear ( no outdoor shoes please).  Also bring water and a towel to your class.
