Class Format of 2:1 ratio (2
players to 1 coach maximum).
Each Hockey Shot training class
is 30-minutes.
Players must have a foundation
in skating and hockey.
Hockey Shot Training sessions
can cater to players of all ages and levels including beginner,
intermediate, and advanced. Players must be 5 years of age and
older.

All Hockey Shot Training
are held at our Stouffville Facility (Unit 18 – 82 Sandiford Drive,
Stouffville, Ontario).

5 classes toward Treadmill OR Hockey Shot Training classes

(1 class = 1 treadmill class OR 1 hockey shot training class)

RECOMMENDATION: We recommend that if your player is brand new to our Treadmill/Hockey Shot Training, that you book 2 spots in the 30 minute class to give them time to orient and ease into things. For younger players, the first few classes may require a lot of 1:1 attention and coaching initially. Alternatively, book into the 30 minute class with a sibling, friend, or teammate. Thank you.
