This class is all about feeling good in your body and moving at your own pace. Designed for active agers and anyone working with injuries or getting back into exercise, we’ll spend 20 minutes of gentle aerobic movement, 20 minutes of light resistance training, and 20 minutes of stretching to ease tension and improve mobility. It’s a supportive, encouraging space to reconnect with movement and feel stronger each week.
