These classes run for 45 minutes. They are fun, fast paced and you get a full body workout. The workouts are different everyday, so you won’t plateau or ever feel bored. The work can be done at your own pace with several variations for each exercise station, and is suitable for all levels of fitness. The instructors will lead the warm up and cool down, but during the circuit they are watching for correct form and technique and will motivate from start to finish.
