Fitness Studio


Body Form is a small studio offering post rehabilitation
conditioning, physiotherapy, senior fitness, one-on-one personal
training and youth fitness in a private environment. Serving
clients in Scarborough and
the GTA, we
build you a customized fitness/exercise program based on your needs
and let our professionals guide you through your program in
40-minute sessions. Depending on your needs and preferences, your
custom program can consist of weight training, strength training,
core training, functional development, stretching and
rehabilitation.
