

FROM SPRING TO FALL (NOW): A high-intensity class featuring laneway running mixed with rep-based strength training. (Running can be switched out with another cardio exercise like the rower, bike, ski machine, elliptical.) We also focus on one barbell exercise on a 4-week rotation. We run in the rain and heat (outside of storms and heatwaves), so dress and hydrate appropriately for the weather. IN WINTER SEASON: An intense indoor circuit incorporating cardio (rower, ski machine, bike, and elliptical) with strength (barbells, free weights, cables, bands, and landmines) and a finisher. Not available as part of our trial membership.
