Antonietta has over 10 years experience in practicing yoga. Her journey began with focusing on the physical strength of the practice but soon discovered a deeper meaning of yoga exploring the connection between breath and movement. She followed her journey of self-discovery by practicing and exploring a range of styles of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin when she finally took the leap of faith and completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 at Anjeli Yoga Teaching Academy. With her creative sequences and alignment cues, Antonietta aims to bring a mindful experience, build physical and mental strength in her students, energizing both body and mind.
