If you have done Pilates on the Reformer before, this is the first class you take before joining one of our group reformer classes.

Intro to Pilates class

If you're new to Pilates this is the place to start. By the end of these three Private sessions, you'll have a handle on all the Pilates fundamentals AND what exercises are best for your body.  You'll receive the VIP treatment at half the price and you'll be ready for any group class or to continue with privates, if that's your preference.  Sessions expire one month from your first class.

 If you've never done Pilates on the Reformer before this is a great place to start!  In these classes you will learn the ins and outs of the Reformer and get a grip on the Pilates fundamentals before joining our Reformer group classes.
