Level II Certified Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist, Certified Older Adult Fitness Specialist, Certified Precision Nutrition Level 2 Nutrition Coach For over 25 years, Ariella has been able to help hundreds of women (and a few men) make monumental improvements to their health by giving them the tools they need to increase their energy and lose excess fat while hanging on to the valuable lean muscle, through her specialized classes, individualized personal training, and healthy eating programs. Her clients have improved their strength, posture, stamina, and have been able to take more control of their health and avoid many preventable diseases such as diabetes, osteoporosis, and hypertension. As a result, they have been able to enjoy living life to its fullest!Currently, Ariella personal trains and teaches Pilates, Resistance Training Classes, and Nutrition Coaching online and in her home studio or in her clients’ homes. Her company, Fitness Works for Women has been serving the Beaches community of Toronto for over 17 years. She loves to walk or run on the boardwalk, and includes mastering proper walking and running techniques in her training of clients.As a canfitpro PTS PRO TRAINER, Ariella enjoys sharing her passion for coaching all things fitness with aspiring personal trainers by teaching the 26-hour Personal Training Theory and Practical course for canfitpro, Canada’s #1 certifying body for fitness professionals. Ariella has presented at Blue Mountain’s Women’s Fitness Weekend , and at the Women’s Fitness in the Falls Fitness Weekend . She has been a guest speaker at The Running Room’s clinics in the Beach, speaking on the topics of proper warm-up and stretching techniques.Ariella is a mother of two, and has been teaching and training in the fitness industry for over 25 years in Toronto, Canada. In her formative years, she spent over 12 years studying classical ballet, modern dance, and Jazz, as well as being very physically active in swimming and skiing. In her late 40’s she added running marathons and cycling to the list of favourite activities. Ariella draws on all of her experiences in designing her individualized programs and specialized classes for her clients.
