Learn a variety of techniques, including punches, kicks, and knee strikes. Increase your cardio, all while burning calories and building muscle. Whether you're a total beginner or an experienced martial artist, our classes are designed to help you reach your goals and unleash your potential.

Special Instructions

All classes follow 12 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Participants need a set of hand wraps. You can bring your wraps to class or purchase them at the studio or online for $10+tax.  $2 for boxing gloves rental  ***30 Days' Notice in Writing to Cancel Memberships that are Auto-Renewals***
