Two Week Unlimited Intro $79

Description

Enjoy unlimited access to all PHNX classes for two weeks. All late cancellations must occur no less than 10 hours from scheduled class time to avoid a $25 late-cancellation/no-show fee. To take the PHNX Fight (Boxing) class you must have gloves and wraps. Glove rental available for $6. Wraps can be purchased for $15 Your credit card information must be on file. Terms and Conditions: 1. 14 days begins on first visit but must by used within 6 weeks of purchase 2. Must sign up at least 2 hours before class. 3. Must give at least 10 hours notice to cancel a class. 4. Late cancels or no shows will result in a 25 dollar charge 5. Classes with less than 3 members will be cancelled 6. Must follow all PHNX household/cleaning policies 7. New sign ups only. 8. Please arrive to class on time, those that are more then 5 minutes late are not guaranteed entry to class.
