BACKSTORY: Liz Idowu is an artist, dancer, choreographer, personal trainer, yoga instructor and wellness educator. She's travelled internationally studying different performance art techniques such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Horton/contemporary dance and musical theatre as well as multiple fitness modalities including Functional Training, TRX, Indoor Cycling, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga-based Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Barre. A well-rounded educator in her field.WHAT GIVES YOU SOUL: Movement in the body and mind mixed in with music. The combination is magical! WHAT'S YOUR FUEL: Embracing music, learning about different cultures/travel and spending time with family (chosen + biological). I'm fueled by making connections.
