In BE Strong Lower we will focus on building lower body strength with squat, deadlift, lunge and step variations. This class generallly incorporates 5 to 6 compound exercises, with a little more rest compared to our other classes, allowing you to work on your technique and strength.
Please bring a water bottle and towel with you for the class. Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time. There are limited shower facilities at the location in case you need to shower after your session.
