The Strength & Conditioning class enables you to go at your own pace and workout in a manner consistent to your own goals. This is a guided workout - meaning that you're given a program based on your goals and needs and a Strength Coach is present to help you execute on the program by providing support and proper cues to ensure you get the best and most efficient results.  Services included in this class: Resistance Training, Cardio Conditioning, Massage, Active and Passive Release Trigger Point Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Guided Custom Rehabilitative Warm Ups and Cool Downs.
