Hii I am coach Sandra, I am a full time Math and Phys. Ed teacher in Mississauga, at The Woodlands SS. I coach cross-country, powerlifting and track and field. I have always been very involved in athletics which turned into a fitness passion in university. I completed my degree in Kinesiology and started racking up the certificates in personal training and fitness instructing. I got into CrossFit because everyone told me I would love it, and I did!
