Introductory Stretch – Full-Body Assessment & Customized Flexibility Plan

Our Introductory Stretch is a comprehensive, one-on-one session designed to evaluate your body’s current mobility and flexibility. This includes a full needs analysis and professional body assessment tailored to your unique goals, limitations, and lifestyle. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to improve posture, or enhancing performance for a specific activity or sport, our team will personalize the experience to meet you where you are.

This hands-on session is the first step in building your customized flexibility and mobility plan—one that evolves with you over time. Please wear comfortable clothing; grip socks will be provided.
