This is our most popular service and the ideal option for anyone looking to see meaningful, lasting results. Whether you're an athlete, desk worker, or simply want to feel better in your body, the 50-minute stretch offers the time and depth needed to create real change.

Special Instructions

Special Instructions for Your 50-Minute Stretch: Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and settle into the studio environment. Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for full range of motion—avoid jeans, skirts, or overly loose garments. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety; if you don’t have a pair, we’ll provide one at no cost during your first visit. Hydrate before and after your session to support muscle recovery. Communicate openly with your practitioner about any injuries, sensitivities, or goals so they can tailor the session to your needs.
