About the Appointment

  This is a one hour physical training session customized to help you reach the personal goals you defined at the outset of the program.  Programs are offered as packages of either 12, 26 or 52 sessions, each 60min in duration.  Sessions are attended twice weekly.  Progress is closely monitored ewvery step of the way.  Clients have the benefit of the full attention of the trainer as well as the luxury of training in an entirely private and fully equiped facility.
