Small group training provides a fun and engaging atmosphere in which to pursue your fitness goals. These sessions are sold as packages of 26, 52, or 104 sessions, attended twice weekly. Sessions are 60min in duration. Group training doesn't mean one size fits all. Every client within the group is still guided through a customized program designed around his/her personal goals as set out at the initial assessment. Clients are monitored continuously and assessed individually bi-weekly to identify strengths and weaknesses and to record progress. Because class size here is only 3-4 people, each client can be afforded even closer supervision and guidance.
