About the Class

This lunch time workout will be a high intensity interval training class that will be sure to get your heart rate up and get you moving. It will be a combination of cardio, strength training and plyometrics moves. After 30 min, we will take it to the mat for core and cool down. This is definitely a great class to get you away from your desk!
