The program is designed for players at all levels. The complexity of the drills will differ based on each player's skill level. Each program can be taken more than once to increase your shooting proficiency. The drills and sessions will differ to get you to your desired level. Ratio 2:1. Duration of session: 50 mins. Each player must purchase a program pass and register for each session. Session 1 - Proper Shooting – explain and practice the Hockey Lab key elements to having an effective shot. Session 2 - Power Shooting: learn how to effectively use both hands to increase your power. Session 3 - Weight Transfer – generating power through proper weight transfer. Session 4 - Quicker Release – learn the key factors to a lightning bolt release. Session 5 - Shooting with Accuracy - increase your scoring opportunities. Session 6 - Receive/Release – receive the pass in a loaded position and catch the goalies off guard.
PLEASE NOTE: You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without it counting as an attended session. If you cannot attend a session, it is your responsibility to get a replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Make sure to bring the following equipment to the session, skates, stick, and gloves. You can show up 15 minutes prior to the start time to start getting ready.
