Our TRUE 45 minute Fitness Kickboxing Class is a dynamic and energizing workout designed to boost cardiovascular health, build strength and enhance flexibility. You will be challenged no matter what your fitness level is. The session begins with an 8 minute warm-up to prepare the body and prevent injury. This is followed by 8 bag rounds that engage the whole body. Cool-down stretching exercises after promote recovery.
