training and Group exercises classes. Our philosophy here combines
expert training with practical nutrition guidance to give YOU the
best version of yourself.
Whether its getting into that wedding dress, learning how to lift,
or toning up.. Our L.I.F.E system can help you it is specifically
designed and tailored to meet all your fitness goals.

At Leap Fit we love to exercise. It makes us feel energised for the
day and in the evening relieves stress. Not everybody instantly
enjoys exercise though. It's about finding the exercise that works
for YOU and that's we help YOU do with our variety of classes.
