About the Appointment

If you have pain or an issue then this is the option for you. This is a full injury assessment where we look at the problem and get a plan in place to fix it. By accepting and confirming this booking, you acknowledge and agree that a notice of cancellation must be given if you are unable to make an appointment. Any failure to show up for an appointment, or cancellation within a 24hour period of the appointment may result in a 50% charge of the sessions value. If payment is not received for this then the subsequent value of the entire session may be required before making any further bookings with any of the Sports, Life, Work team. Please acknowledge the terms by answering the question at the end of the booking and understand that you accept these terms by confirming the booking.
