This programme has been created to MAXIMISE your condition.  From full out sprints to longer paced workouts to ensure that everything that is thrown at you, you have the compacity to complete the task in hand. Each session programme has been designed to work specific energy systems to create different stimulus on the body The sessions will be based around 5 different stimuli's: 1. MAX effort 2.
