About the Class

Level 2 is designed for dedicated practitioners who have developed a solid understanding of their bodies and are ready to deepen their practice. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or someone who thrives on a challenge, this class is tailored for you. It is ideal for those actively working to advance their skills and refine their technique. Bikram Yoga consists of a dynamic series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that focus on enhancing lower body and core strength, with a particular emphasis on building back strength. Unlike many of our other classes, Level 2 is taught at a faster pace, with shorter breaks between postures. While students are encouraged to push their limits, you are always welcome to take a moment to rest whenever needed. Immerse yourself in the original series that pioneered Hot Yoga! The class takes place in a heated room, maintained at approximately 40 degrees Celsius with 40% humidity, creating an invigorating environment conducive to deeper stretching and detoxification. Please note that this class is not suitable for complete beginners. To ensure a comfortable practice, remember to bring a towel to cover your mat (or your own yoga mat) and wear fitted activewear such as leggings, shorts, or tank tops.
