Sports Facility

The Hot Vinyasa Flow class is designed to warm the body, open
and expand the heart.
Vinyasa Flow promotes the alignment of movement and breath by
combining static yoga postures into a dynamic flow. The class is
divided into a standing series of Vinyasa Flow followed by a floor
series of backbends, abdominal core work and hip openers.
Modifications and options are provided throughout the class for
all levels and abilities. The flow series is particularly good for
improving upper body strength and stamina.
This class is heated and suitable for those with a more advance
practice. 
Not Suitable for Beginners!

Surrey Yoga and Pilates is a space where people can come and
just focus on their Yoga, Pilates or Barre.
It is an escape from the everyday stresses of modern living; a
place where people can come and restore vitality to both body and
mind. A space to be present in ones own body and mind.
A Space for Breath, Knowledge and Movement.

Surrey Yoga and Pilates

Welcome Offer - 3 Weeks Unlimited - £59

This Welcome Offer pass is available to everyone to use once, as a way to explore the different classes we offer and see which ones you enjoy the most.

The pass gives you unlimited classes for 3 weeks (21 days) from the date of purchase.  It can be used for both in-person and streamed classes.

This membership is for people who practise more than twice a week.  The membership gives you access to UNLIMITED class for one year and can be used for either in-person or streamed classes.

The membership will start on the date of purchase and lasts for 365 days.

Unlimited Annual Membership

This 5 Class Pack is valid for any scheduled class, either in-person or via online streaming.

The pass has a duration of 6 months, which begins on the date of purchase.

5 Class Pack

This 10 Class Pack is valid for any scheduled class, either in-person or via online streaming.

The pass has a duration of 6 months, which begins on the date of purchase.

10 Class Pack

This 20 Class Pack is valid for any scheduled class, either in-person or via online streaming.

The pass has a duration of 6 months, which begins on the date of purchase.

20 Class Pack

This membership is for people who practise once a week.  The membership gives you access to 1 class every week and can be used for either in-person or streamed classes.

The membership will start on the date of purchase and has a 3 month minimum membership, after which it can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. The membership can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. If not cancelled this membership will then convert to a monthly rolling membership on autorenewal which again will require 30 days written notice to cancel it.

N.B "This membership comes with an automatic rollover facility, should you miss a class.  Any missed class will roll over for one week, so you can attend two classes the following week to make it up. Rollover classes do not extend beyond the following week"

1 Class Per Week Monthly Membership - 3 Month Commitment

This membership is for people who practise twice a week.  The membership gives you access to 2 classes per week and can be used for either in-person or streamed classes.

The membership will start on the date of purchase and has a 3 month minimum membership, after which it can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.  If not cancelled this membership will then convert to a monthly rolling membership on autorenewal which again will require 30 days written notice to cancel it.

N.B. This membership comes with an automatic rollover facility, should you miss a class. Any missed class will roll over for one week, so you can attend up to four classes the following week (if you missed both classes in a week).  Rollover classes do not extend beyond the following week.


2 Classes Per Week Monthly Membership - 3 Month Commitment

The membership will start on the date of purchase and has a 3 month minimum membership, after which it can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

This Single Class Pass is valid for any scheduled class, either in-person or via online streaming.

The pass has a duration of 2 weeks, which begins on the date of purchase.
